Acoustical Innovations headsets and amplifiers are protected by an unmatched manufacture warranty. Products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of2 years from the original date of purchase. Defective product is replaced AT NO CHARGEduring this 2-year period.

Lifetime Technology Protection (LTP) 

Lifetime Technology Protection is an innovative program available only with Acoustical Innovations. It's a built-in investment protection program designed to insure that today's purchases are protected against tomorrow's technology advances.

There is no additional cost for LTP. It is included with all products shown with the Lifetime Technology Protection logo.

Here's how it works:

• Purchase a product with the LTP and you are automatically protected with Lifetime Technology Protection.
• If, at ANY POINT IN THE FUTURE, you need to either upgrade or replace an item with LTP, simply send it in and receive the newest, latest technology for substantially LESS than the original product cost.
