Where are you located?
Acoustical innovations, Inc is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We have a regional sales and distribution in Sunny South West Florida along with Offices in Tokyo Japan, Singapore and Quong Dong China.

What are your business hours? 
We are open Mon-Fri from 8am-6pm EST.  Don't forget we're always open 24/7 online.

Can I speak with someone?

Do you have a brick and mortar store or are you only an online retailer?
We have two facilities which we own here in the USA.

How long have you been in business?
Acoustical Innovations started in 1988 and we are now located in 13 countries..


Order Frequently Asked Questions
  

Can I place my order over the phone?
Sure, not a problem. If you feel more comfortable speaking with someone, call us at 1-800-747-9615 anytime during our business hours and we would gladly talk with you.

How will I know if my order has been processed?
Once you place your order either on-line or via the phone, you will receive an order confirmation. After that, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information on your shipment.  Finally, you will receive your receipt or invoice (if corporate account is established).

 

When is payment taken for my order? 
If your payment type is a credit card, when you submit your order, we will authorize what you ordered.  If there is a back order, you will only be charged for what actually ships.  When we fill the rest of the order, your card will be charged for that balance.  We only charge for what we ship that day.  If you have a corporate account, obviously your invoice will be delivered right to you.


 

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
 Not a problem at all.  Simply call us 1-800-747-9615 and we will give you the simple instructions for returning the product.

Do you charge sales tax? 
We collect Sales tax (and pay the State) in Minnesota and Florida.

Do you offer Corporate discounts?
Absolutely!  If you are a larger corporation that uses our equipment on a regular basis, then call us to discuss terms and price discounts. If you are a hospital, Government agency, financial institution or other entity that operates on purchases orders, Ariba, MySAP etc... please call us at 1-800-747-9615. 


What is your Return Policy? 
Returns are simple. We will take a return 30 days from shipping date. Please remember to include all the parts and original packing material. You will receive a full refund on the product if all the material is included and is unused. Sometimes there may be a small restocking fee items are not returned or sealed items are used. Now, here is the reality, please be cautious with returning headsets. Due to the nature that they physically touch people, we can not resell them therefore, we have to re-manufacture them and offer them as that. So please help us keep our costs down with un-necessary purchases or experiments. Your refund will be returned to you in the same form it was collected and we are very prompt with that.  It does NOT take 30 days to refund money.

 
Shipping FAQ's

Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Yes!  From our US Locations, we ship to North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America.  Please  contact our Asia office for the Pac Rim Region.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Once you receive your tracking information, UPS will estimate the arrival date. It should be no longer than 3-4 business days maximum. We have a large inventory at two locations in the US so we rarely have a back order. Same day shipping cutoff deadlines for air parcels is 12:00 p.m. EST and Ground packages are 3:00 p.m. EST

What should I do if my order was damaged during shipment? 
If you receive your package and it is damaged, please do not open and use the headset. Call us immediately and we will take care of you from there.

What Shipping carriers and methods do you use?
We only use United Parcel service due to their wide delivery region and speed of delivery. 

How do you charge for freight?
This is the good part. We connect directly to United Parcel Service for their current rate.  We do not mark it up or add any fee's to the rate. What you see is what you get. You can estimate freight anytime while shopping or just calculate it at the check out process.
